- Refund Policy (in-stock Physical Books)
- Non-Returnable:Products sold are non-returnable, except in cases of:
- Incorrect item being delivered;
- Item damaged in transit;
- Item materially different from description; or
- Item is out of stock after payment was made.
- Return Conditions: If the Customer seeks a refund pursuant to our Refund Policy, the request must be:
- submitted to cs@addedinfo.com.sg within 3 working days of delivery, with the:
- Order Reference Number;
- Reason for Refund; and
- Proof of damage (if applicable).
- the Product must be returned with its original delivery packaging (including any protective packaging and labels);
- the Customer will bear the cost of return shipping; and
- the Product must be in its original, unused condition.

- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be made via PayNow to your mobile number within 14 working days upon receipt of the returned item. We will notify you once the refund is processed.
