Refund Policy

  1. Refund Policy (in-stock Physical Books)
    1. Non-Returnable:Products sold are non-returnable, except in cases of:
      1. Incorrect item being delivered;
      2. Item damaged in transit;
      3. Item materially different from description; or
      4. Item is out of stock after payment was made.
    2. Return Conditions: If the Customer seeks a refund pursuant to our Refund Policy, the request must be:
      1. submitted to cs@addedinfo.com.sg within 3 working days of delivery, with the:
        1. Order Reference Number;
        2. Reason for Refund; and
        3. Proof of damage (if applicable).
      2. the Product must be returned with its original delivery packaging (including any protective packaging and labels);
      3. the Customer will bear the cost of return shipping; and
      4. the Product must be in its original, unused condition.
    3. Non-eligible return situations Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations (including but not limited to):
      1. Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer;
      2. Incorrect purchase;
      3. Change of mind after purchase; and
      4. Request submitted after the 3 working day window.
    4. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be made via PayNow to your mobile number within 14 working days upon receipt of the returned item. We will notify you once the refund is processed.
    5. Rights Reserved: AIS reserves the right to:
      1. Inspect returned items before approving any refund or exchange; or
      2. Reject any return or refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
  2. Refund Policy (E-books):
    E-books sold on Flip.com.sg are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a different Product.
    1. Once an e-book purchase is confirmed and fulfilled, the order is final.
  3. Refund Policy (Pre-Orders):
    Pre-ordered books are sold on a final-sale basis
    1. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once payment is made, unless:
      1. The title is cancelled by the publisher or supplier, or
      2. Flip is unable to fulfil the order (in which case a full refund will be issued).
    2. Estimated delivery timelines for pre-orders are provided as a guide only and may be subject to change.
